All the delivery times stated on this page are based on standard working days e.g Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays etc...) We offer a next day and 2 day (48 hour) delivery service. For these please order before 2:30pm to ensure orders are shipped the same day. All orders after 2:30pm will be shipped the following working day.

We only offer shipping to the following contries in Europe currently:

Denmark – DK, Germany – DE, France – FR, Ireland – IE, Italy – IT, Portugal – PT, Spain – ES, Sweden – SE

The delivery charge for orders to mainland Europe and the Republic of Ireland (weight up to 30kgs) is £15. Delivery time is 2 – 5 working days.

At this stage we are not able to ship worldwide

Returns Policy

Wittering Surf Shop is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products, please follow the guidelines on the reverse of your invoice.

Items must be returned within 21 days from date of purchase.

If you wish to return any items, please use the returns slip, please download the instructions and slip here. Once downloaded it can be printed. When using this download please make sure your name and address and telephone number are added to the reverse of the slip.

Items must be returned with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in.

Clearly mark the returned item(s) with the returns address .

Within the package include any exchange information that you require. The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. Wittering Surf Shop will refund the cost of postage to return these items.

Items should be returned via Royal Mail recorded delivery as this will provide you with a tracking number for the item you are returning.

All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer service advisor.

Wittering Surf Shop cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.
Upon inspection of returned product, Wittering Surf Shop will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase less the original delivery charge.

Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense.
Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.

Please note we don't offer a refund on Ear-plugs due to hygiene issues or DVD's which have had the cellophane removed or any item that has had packaging damaged or can't be resold 'as new'. All our wetsuits and accessories can be tried on for fit and returned so long as they haven't been worn in the water
