Our flagship location running parallel, hand in hand, with our long established surf shop in East Wittering.

The Drift-In Cafe is above all a project of passion, collaboration and friendship, and when we say our customers are our friends we really mean it. The perfect catch up coffee hangout, post surf retreat, or lunch out with the kids. Our customer base ranges from the tiny groms to the perfectly aged veterans and everyone in-between, and our menu reflects that, with a huge range of sweet and savoury pancake options, delicious toasties, deep filled wraps and sandwiches, paired perfectly with fresh juices, fruity smoothies and great direct trade coffee.

Hang out, grab a coffee and explore the shop, or Drift-Out to our take out section, grab and ice cream and head down to the beach.

Located in the centre of York, on the busy street of High Ousegate.

Come and join us in this relaxed café with a very different style and outlook. A hub of activity, creativity, and caffeine fuelled ideas, Drift-In York offers a laid back and endearing atmosphere in which to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the every day or simply to grab some lunch.

A perfect meeting place for friends and colleagues as well as the whole family (even the dog). Our menu reflects this, with a huge range of sweet and savoury pancake options, delicious toasties, deep filled wraps and sandwiches; with plenty of choice to suit your dietary requirements (GF, Dairy Free, VGN). Perfectly paired with our diverse range of fresh juices, fruity smoothies, indulgent shakes and great direct trade coffee.

Drifters kitchen bar is a family run restaurant in East Wittering, West Sussex,  a mere stones throw from the beach.

We are passionate about serving food & drink with style & a modern twist in a contemporary, rustic & industrial, yet relaxed setting. A perfect place to relax with friends & family.

We’ve added more tables & a covered area to make the most of our large decking space; once again the perfect place for a sundowner or a catch up, close to the beach. Please bear in mind that our outside area is not heated, we do have blankets but please wrap up warm if you fancy dining alfresco in the evening.
